Four cruise trips cancelled on Celebrity Millennium

According to the Miami Herald, the cruise line Celebrity Cruises, which is a division of Royal Caribbean Cruises, cancelled four cruise trips in August and September on the cruise ship Celebrity Millennium due to propulsion errors.

The trips scheduled to leave on August 23, August 30, September 6 and September 13 were cancelled in mid-August so that the cruise line could make necessary repairs of the “mechanical issue.” These cancellations came as a result of errors that two prior cruise trips to Alaska suffered.

The ship is not set to sail again until a trip leaving from San Diego on September 22.
