Cruise ship employee charged for assault

An employee of Holland America Line was arrested on Sunday, February 16 in Port Everglades, Florida.

Ketut Pujayasa, 28, an employee on the MS Nieuw Amsterdam was arrested and charged for sexually assaulting a 31-year-old female passenger.

In addition to battery and sexual assault, he allegedly tried to throw her overboard along the coast of Honduras. The assault took place on Friday, February 14. Pujayasa was held without bond after making a court appearance in Fort Lauderdale on Tuesday, February 18.
